2. Chop the date paste into small pieces and combine it with the goji berries and baking soda.
3. Heat the milk until boiling and pour it over the date and goji berry mixture. Stir until smooth and let it cool.
Note:
If using pitted dates, pour hot milk over the dates and baking soda only. Once the mixture cools, blend it until smooth, then mix in the goji berries.
4. Shape small pieces of dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a small gap between each.
5. Gently press the cookies further to ensure they are evenly flattened (about ½ cm thick). Bake for 10–15 minutes.
