Ingredients (for approximately 12 small pancakes):

Except for the first pancake, there is no need to add any fat to the pan before pouring the batter if you're using a ceramic-coated pan or any other non-stick pan.
Instructions
If necessary, sift the flour and carob together.
Mix all the ingredients together and cook pancakes on a heated pan.
Carob pancakes go well with chocolate filling or any jam without added sugar.
